There is nothing you need to do other than be one of our clients.

The Top Gun Program highlights team members every month who excel in showcasing how prospects should be treated—with professionalism, respect, warmth and value—while effectively following a structured sales process to inspire prospects to visit the club and showcase the incredible value of becoming a member.

Every month we will announce the 3 Top Guns for the month and they will each receive a $40 Gym Shark Voucher! In November, all Top Gun monthly winners will go in the draw to be crowned 2025 Top Gun and will receive $500 cash plus a special prize for the club they work in.

There is no cost to participate in the Top Gun program, just mystery shopping with us puts you and your team in the running to be Australia’s Top Gun!

Promotion Rules & Eligibility

Promotion Period: The promotion starts March 2025 and runs for 7 months concluding October 2025 with winners announced in November 2025.
Mystery Shopping (in any form) must be conducted x 1 per month over a minimum period of 3 months between March and October.
Individual Recognition: Top 3 team performers each month will go into the draw to be our National Individual TOP GUN of the Year.
To qualify to be 2025 Top Gun individual team members must place in the Top 3 during any given month to be in the running and still be working at the same club.
Consistency Matters: If the same team member is mystery shopped multiple times over the promotion period, their ongoing performance will be considered.

Monthly Top Gun Winners

Top 3 sales people for each month will win a $40 Gym Shark voucher.

2025 Top Gun Winner

The National Top Gun Winner for 2025 will win a framed certificate, a Top Gun t-shirt and $500 cash.

2025 Top Gun Winning Club

The club that the Top Gun works in will receive TWO complimentary ESP Mystery Shops to be used in 2026 – valued at $600.
